Complete event setup begins. All vendors, artists, and organizers work together to transform the venue into the ultimate tattoo and car show experience.

Thursday

8am - 5pm

Final setup preparations continue. Last-minute booth arrangements, sound checks, and venue preparations ensure everything is perfect for opening day.

Thursday Evening Kickoff
Meet & Greet

5pm - 9pm

Exclusive networking opportunity for artists, vendors, and VIP guests. Connect with fellow tattoo enthusiasts and industry professionals in an intimate setting, potentially held on-site for maximum convenience.

Friday - Grand Opening

Breakdown & Loadout Artist & Vendors
Sunday Evening

8pm - 10pm

Initial breakdown begins immediately after event closure. Vendors and artists start packing their booths and equipment for departure.

Monday Morning

8am - 12pm

Final cleanup and complete venue restoration. All remaining equipment, decorations, and materials are removed, returning the space to its original condition.
